We do not issue refunds for one-off paid sessions/consultations.
We will offer a refund for live events, group workshops, or retreats within 7 days of the event.
If you request a refund more than 7 days away from the event, we will happily refund you minus your deposit (if you made a deposit).
We do not issue refunds for digital subscriptions, but you can cancel them any month at least 3 days before your next charge is scheduled to come out and you won’t be charged again.
We do not issue refunds for eBooks, PDFs, DIY self-paced mini courses and courses, templates, or any type of digital files.
