Creating a brand that felt as credible as her experience, and as warm as her personality.
Barbara M. Littles came to the project with more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, speaker, coach, author, and mentor. She had already built a respected body of work helping women lead with more authority in their careers, businesses, ministries, and lives.
The challenge wasn’t establishing her credibility. She already had that.
The goal was to evolve the brand so it reflected more of the woman behind the expertise. We needed to refine her brand so that it reflected her warmth, energy, femininity, and magnetic personality—without losing the authority she had spent decades building.
We created a visual direction that softened the brand’s overall presence while keeping it polished and confident enough to support the caliber of her work.
The identity introduced more personality, color, and approachability, helping the brand feel less formal and more aligned with the experience people actually had when they encountered Barbara.
The rebrand also supported measurable business growth. Barbara saw a 50% increase in website traffic, sold out a new coaching program, and launched a new podcast that expanded her platform and gave her a fresh way to share her expertise.
